  • Chandrika lives in Wadhwan, Surendranagar. She belongs Kariyani village where main source of earning is agriculture and farming. She was eager to learn computers after completing her 12th standard, but due to financial crisis she was not able to continue her studies. As our team came to know about her interest of learning computers, they counseled her and endow the required information about different trades of computers in Navjeevan Trust. She was ready to join Desktop Publishing [DTP] in DDU-GKY program. As she completed 60 days class room training, she was selected as computer operator in Shivshakti Honda showroom as On Job Trainee [OJT]. After the completion of total 90 days training she was selected as computer operator in Hero Ganesh Festival Outlet – Joravarnagar with 6000/- CTC + other allowance.

  • Hansa belongs from Gunda Village, Bhanvad Taluka from Dev Bhoomi Dwarka district. She was a 24 years old. She comes from a very poor and big family, where her father was the only person in the family to earn and fulfill all economical and financial needs of family. Her father’s income was not sufficient for her family to live a satisfied life. Hansa was not able to complete even 10th standard due to the financial crises of family. She wanted to help her father by supporting him financially, but she was not educated enough to get the appropriate job. She came to know about Navjeevan Technical institute and their trades from one of her friend. She contacted our Prerna Navjeevan Training Center, Bhimrana and got all the information about our different projects and trades and showed interest in joining the BSA trade. She asked her family for joining the BSA course in Navjeevan Technical institute and explained them how she would be able to earn after the completion of course. Her family was convinced with that and allowed her to join the course. After her completion of training she was placed in Shree Hospital at the salary of Rs.8000/- per month. She was very much thankful to Navjeevan Technical Institute for developing her hidden talent and provide a path for her dreams to come true.

  • Hakabhai was born and brought up in Palasha village of Surendranagar district. He belongs to the village where people do not believe in educating there children and are economically backward. He wanted to learn basic english and computer after 12th standard but was not able to go for it due to financial problem. Because of the intervention of Navjeevan staff he came to know regarding skill development and job readiness program in Navjeevan Technical Institute. As he was interested in learning basic english and computer, our team gave information regarding the DTP trade. He joined DTP trade at Navjeevan Technical Institute, Surendranagar. “Shreeji Construction Company” selected him for the On Job Training for 30 days as computer operator. “Tata Motors Nano Plant – Charodi” selected him as Quality Inspection cum Supervisor with the basic pay of Rs. 12000/- + TA + DA per month.

  • Rahul basically from Fulgram village Surendranagar district. He belongs to under developed village. Rahul passed 12th standard but not having any knowledge of basic english or computer. Due to low economic status of his family he was not able to study further. Once he came to know about the Navjeevan Technical Institute Surendranagar from his friend and he visited our center to meet our staff. He was introduced to different programmes at NTI and he enrolled his name for DTP trade. After the 60 days class room training he joined in the Jay Bajrangbali Petroleum as a Computer Operator for the On Job Training (OJT). He successfully completed his 90 days training and Jay Bajrangbali Petroleum selected him as a computer operator with 7500/- salary.

  • Kishan belongs to Doliya village of Surendranagar district. He completed his 12th Standard, he wanted to go for higher education but due to limited sources of education in village he was not able to complete his higher studies and due to financial crises he was not able to go outside for further studies. During mobilization our field met him and informed him about DDU-GKY skill training programme. He was ready to join BSA (Bedside Assitant) trade of DDU-GKY. After completion of classroom training he was selected in Shree Raj Saubhag Ashram at Sayla Taluka of Surendranagar district for OJT (On Job Training). After that he was placed in Life Care Multispecialty Hospital, Rajkot with 7000/- salary per month.
